Fiona Harris Fitness - Custom Programs

Whether you are new to fitness and looking to get started on making positive changes in your health or are advanced athlete looking to take your training to the next level, I can help!  If your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, get ready for your next competition or are an elite athlete looking to gain that competitive edge over your competition, I can create a training and nutrition program to help you achieve your specific goals.  I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and have received numerous certifications in personal training, including CanFit Pro, CPAFLA and PFLC.  As an IFBB Fitness Pro, I have the knowledge and expertise to help my clients – both men and women – transform their bodies and get in the best shape of their lives.

Program 1 – 12 Week Customized Training and Nutrition Program

  • Initial consultation to discuss your needs and goals for creating a customized program.
  • Weight training and cardio programs customized to your current knowledge and level of fitness and specific goals for weight loss, muscle building, etc.
  • Customized nutrition and supplementation programs created with your dietary habits, work schedule and food preferences in mind.  Amendments made based on progression.
  • Unlimited e-mail communication for additional guidance and advice.
  • Progress pictures to be sent if you choose in order to monitor your progress and provide feedback.

Program 2 – 12 Week Customized Competition Preparation Program

  • Initial consultation to discuss your needs and goals for creating a customized program.
  • Weight training and cardio programs geared towards preparing for a fitness, figure, physique or bikini competition.
  • Customized nutrition and supplementation programs created with your dietary habits, work schedule and food preferences in mind.  Designed to prepare you for your upcoming contest.
  • Unlimited e-mail communication for additional guidance and advice.
  • Assistance and guidance towards all aspects of show preparation.
  • Progress pictures must be sent at regular intervals so that I can monitor your progress, provide necessary feedback and make required changes as you prepare to step on stage looking your best.

  • One-on-one Consultation – A meeting to discuss your fitness challenges and goals (in person for people in the Niagara Region or via Phone/Skype)
